We all get busy and stressed in our lives. Sometimes we struggle with where our lives are going. What is our purpose? What is our happiness potential? Empowering clients to take the necessary steps to achieve and improve their level of wellness is our specialty.

Holistic health views the whole individual: the physical, the mental, the emotional, the psychological, and the spiritual self as one. It is important to view all of the aspects of one's life. Looking at only one piece of your life is not the best way to diagnose and provide optimal treatment, as is typically done in our health care system. A more holistic approach to one's well being is to view all aspects of one's life. We utilize our clinical skills and various alternative therapies towards improving one's health and wellness.

We provide an empathetic, non-judgmental, healing environment for our clients. Our background of Western medicine integrated with Eastern cultures allows us to empower our clients to identify what aspect of their life needs redirection and work with them to achieve their goals.


1:1 Coaching

We assist clients to look at their life and identify goals for improving the areas in which they would like guidance. We follow up with clients every two weeks so that they remain motivated and are held accountable for improving their life. We believe that one must maintain balance in their life in order to make the necessary changes to achieve their optimal happiness.

Group Trainings

We meet groups of clients at their place of employment to assess their groups needs and offer programs of stress reduction and various wellness strategies. Based upon the needs of the staff, we develop a plan to implement. Our goal is to empower the staff to have increased morale, improved work satisfaction, and ultimately an improved end-product. This is obtained through a pre and post intervention analysis.
